This version basically contains the same files as the version_2017_11_beta_1, the one used for the GMD paper runs (Sutanudjaja et al., 2018, https://doi.org/10.5194/gmd-11-2429-2018). Compared to the previous versions, I converted pcraster maps to netcdf files and restructured some folder and files.
